About Our Founder
Arie Zhang
I am a passionate intuitive coach, a mindfulness teacher, a lightworker. My mission is to transform families, touch children's heart and souls. In a world filled by fear and anxiety, I will bring peace to wherever you are, whatever situation you're in. There's always light in EVERYTHING! I also specialise in coaching parents of ADHD children, and 1-1 coaching with ADHD children.
Workshops
- CIrcle of Security - eight week program designed for parents and carers of children aged 0-12 years who would like support to help their children to build secure relationships
- Anxiety Coach - a child development course that aims to support you and your child through the ups and downs of life, providing ways to manage child's stress and anxiety.
- 123 Magic - dedicated to managing kids behaviours through identifying and guiding through their emotions. Powerful tool for kids of young age to learn to self-regulate their emotions.
- Triple P - positive parenting in providing strategies of behavioural management.
- Daddy workshops - how can dads best connect with kids using their masculine energies, and to be vulnerable and grow with the kids.
Parenting Coaching
I offer 1-1 coaching sessions to parents either face to face, online zoom or phone calls. The sessions are normally around 75mins, with a 30min bonus phone call follow up session included.
Kids Coaching
I offer 1-1 home visiits or general coaching sessions in Chatswood/Hurstville classrooms, to help with kids anxieties, bullying issues, family relationship issues, specialise in ADHD/highly sensitive kids.
Sound Healing
I run women's group for parents, providing a safe space for parents to express their emotional needs, learning meditation techniques for anti-stress, together with Reiki healing and sound healing all-in-one events.

Cynthia Tsoi
Bachelor of Education (Secondary School) degree in Hong Kong. (Currently pursuing a Master's in Art Therapy at WSU)
- Over 3 years of experience in teaching visual arts at a secondary school in HK
- Member of the Special Education Committee
- 1 year experience instructing kids in Chinese ink painting
