Kids Emotional Regulation Workshop
SMALL GROUP WORKSHOP! NOW ENROLLING!!
In this workshop, we aim to equip children with the skills they need to express their feelings and thoughts effectively, fostering a sense of being heard and valued. This not only helps them form stronger relationships with others but also encourages a positive outlook on life.
Our workshop will be conducted in small groups, with a particular emphasis on guiding children in regulating their emotions and expressing them in healthy ways. We will utilize a variety of art and color therapies to facilitate emotional and creative expression.
Participants will gain insights into managing children's emotions, especially those intense ones, by exploring the world of emotions. The workshop will cover the following topics:
- Express Through Movement
- Self Protection
- Developing Gratitude
- Deal With Bullies
- Acts of Kindness
- Express Through Colours
- Five Languages of love
- Honouring Body
- It’s Okay To Say No
- Doodling Benefits
- Street Volunteers
(Suitable for children aged 6-12)
- Time: Saturdays, 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

- Fee: AU$60 per individual class (Special Offer: AU$550 for entire term: 10 classes)
